Virgo Season

Virgo Season is here and Happy Birthday, Earth Day, Anniversary and Solar Return to all of the Virgos!!

VIRGO SEASON IS HERE ... and it is a stress free zone!!
"Get it done now so that you don't have to stress later!!"

So in my own opinion.. Virgo Season is one of the most important seasons (I didn't say best) because if you don't handle it accordingly then you risk burning out and throwing off the rest of your year thus putting you behind on everything and in a space of trying to play catch up...for the entire year!! 🤦🏾♀️ constantly chasing time and energy. (My opinion). So allow yourself time this whole month to pause, check in with you, your body, your mental, your soul, and your household. Make sure everything is in order because next season we move into another cycle/phase and next season your life becomes about the enjoyment of the fruits of your labor. Trust me it pays off in the end.

So be sure to utilize your time well family and be sure that YOU are governing your time, schedule and energy .. not others. Pencil people and events into your life. Don't allow everything to bleed over into other areas of your life. Put everything and everyone where they need to be and leave them there. If you have the time, without it affecting another part of your schedule .. say yes if you'd like to. If you don't have the time .. say no and don't feel guilty.
Also if you're a person who suffers from anxiety then now is the time to work on that. Think about those things that keep you from having a peace of mind and deal with them now. Those things that you've been putting off for the longest out of fear or worry or laziness .. that's where you need to have your focus. Just jump in and get it done. Stop making excuses. You'll feel so free after. Peace of mind = true freedom.
Get those appointments checked off, clean out that closet and donate some of those things that you don't use, get up and get on that treadmill that's been staring at you for months, start that meal prep Sis! Matter of fact .. where's that business plan that you started but never completed out of discouragement? Let's dust it off and get back to it!! I know that you've come up with more dope ideas to help tweak that thang. Let's get it started.

Remember.. in Virgo Season we are looking to do what we can to reach a state of peace. So with everything that you do , be sure that it doesn't add stress to your life and body. You want to find healthy regimens but ones that aren't so strenuous. When exercising try yoga or tai chi. Try focused breathing techniques and exercises. Breathing will be important. Keep your breathing balanced. Eat foods that are easy on the digestive system. Be around people that make you feel great about yourself. It's a must that you stay away from people that rile you up. Stay away from things that are out of your control and give you anxiety. Think softness. Listen to soft music. Speak in softer tones. Wear softer (but well put together) clothing. Be kinder.

And last but not least. Don't be out there in other people's business criticizing folk and being judgemental and petty. You don't have time for that when you should be over there TRYING to perfect your own life.
The key to getting your life in order is remembering that moderation is key and taking everything one step at a time. There's levels to this shit .. so don't be so hard on yourself or anyone else. Just get started with a game plan. Get a planner and pencil EVERY part of your life in .. and I do mean every. Don't forget to pencil in time with your mate too. Everything that's important to you should be penciled in. Become the secretary that you know you can be and then hop to it.
We have to plan for a peaceful AND successful life baby!! 😉 Work towards getting these things in order and then holla at me next season and let me know how beautiful life has gotten for you. Love yall to life!! 😘

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND :
Watch being overly critical and overly helpful
Stop worrying and allow the Universe to help provide for you
Don't feed into pettiness.
Pay attention & analyze and fully process information given to you .. don't jump to conclusions
Get everything cleaned and organized
Get appointments out of the way
Work towards getting healthier
Sets up healthy regimens
Clean up your diet .. eat foods that are easy to digest
Find wholistic healing methods for your ailments
Meditate & give Yoga a try
Find less strenuous ways to move your body more
Remember to breathe … you'd be surprised
Spend time in nature
Do self care rituals
Buy a planner
Read a self help book
Start journaling to help get those thoughts, ideas AND unsolicited advice out lol
Do not give of yourself unless your cup is overflowing
Love on yourself so that you're able to love on another in the next season
All of these things will help you to create a more peaceful way of being and living 🕊🙏🏾🧘🏾♀️💜
