Taurus Season is quickly approaching so in honor of this season I will share some healthy tips for Taurus and the rest of us , since we get to experience the energies as well, to implement into our lives
Taurus is the Bull of the Zodiac and is ruled by Earth and Venus.
They are the Connoisseurs of life and they are very hard working and dedicated to their passions. They know what is valuable and can be valuable to them but more importantly they also know their own worth. Taurus' know that they are very valuable to you, meaning ... they know how lucky you are to have them in your life. And this is one of the lessons that they are here to teach us... to know our worth. Don't ever allow yourself to be short changed in ANY WAY or any area of your life.
Taurus season will be teaching us to expect only the best in life. To KNOW that you deserve it and to only allow things, thoughts and people into your life that add value to your life. This includes relationships.
Wherever you have Taurus in your own birth chart, you want to pay extra attention to that house. Go through, take inventory and do a clean sweep of that area of your life. Get rid of those things that you know need to go because if you don't..guess who's coming through to clean up…. Uranus. And he's already there waiting to get the thumbs up. The Sun Crossing over Uranus just may be that thumbs up that he's waiting for.. That's if you haven't already been experiencing this shake up in your world. So you may wanna take heed and flow with it because we have about 6 more years of these earthquakes in our personal lives. We're in the thick of, what may feel like, a lifetime of uncomfortableness and uncertainty. May as well learn to flow with it. No need to fight it because fighting will NOT stop it. We're all learning this first hand with the state of the world today. So I suggest learning to live with surprises. 🤷🏽♀️
Its ok though. No need for fear. Just understand that it's all for the betterment of you. 💜
Taurus' are also here to show us how to stay dedicated to our goals and our mission and to never give up until the goal has been reached and the mission has been accomplished. So now is a great time to channel or call this energy into our lives. Keep going, keep your eye on the prize and vow to never give up on yourself no matter how uncertain these times may seem.
THINGS TO TRY DURING TAURUS SEASON TO HELP GROUND YOU INTO THIS ENERGY
COLORS : all shades of blue and dark green. Try adding them to your wardrobe.
CRYSTALS: rose quartz, emerald, lapis lazuli, tigers eye, tourmaline and topaz
HERBS : Mint, Thyme, Violet , Marsh Mallow, Catnip, Licorice, Fenugreek, Slippery Elm, Anise hyssop (Venus), Lavender, Dandelion, Sage, Vervain, Feverfew, Angelica, Yarrow
The best plants for Taurus are often soothing to the throat, or may calm the digestive system after overindulging in the finest foods.
Try cooking with them or adding them to your teas.
TEAS : Drink a cup of fennel tea after meals or before bed. It will help combat bloating
FRAGRANCES/ ESSENTIAL OILS: patchouli, ylang ylang , rose
FRUITS / VEGGIES : Spinach, peas, potatoes, sweet potatoes, gourds, artichoke, olive, beans, grape, apple, fig, apricot, pumpkin, pomegranate, strawberry, root veggies, cranberries
FOODS / DIET : red wine , dark chocolate , Lean meats, seafood, oats, nuts and seeds ,
AVOID : Taurus can easily feel sluggish, slowed down and weighed down by meats , carbs and sugars, so they typically should be avoided but since I know that Taurus enjoys the most decadent of foods, moderation is key. Allow yourself to have those pleasures only as treats every now and again. They should not be a part of your everyday diet. Overdoing it is never a good thing for Taurus.
ACTIVITIES: singing, dancing, painting, cooking , sculpting, gardening
Fun exercise is also strongly encouraged since Taurus is easily prone to weight gain because of the way that they love to over indulge.
HOME DECOR : Add some plants or earth elements to your home
FLOWERS : Daisies, lilac, aster, lily of the valley, sweet pea, lilies, larkspur, columbine, violet, foxglove, rose, daisy, geranium
